Beginner Adult Ballet Class
New to ballet or returning after a long break? This class is the perfect place to start. You'll learn ballet fundamentals, basic terminology, and simple combinations in a clear, encouraging environment.
We focus on developing proper alignment, strength, and coordination — all at a pace designed for adult learners. No experience necessary, just a willingness to learn and enjoy the process.

Advanced Beginner Adult Ballet Class
Ready to take the next step in your ballet journey? This class is designed for adult dancers who feel confident with the basics and are eager to expand their technique.
We’ll work on longer combinations, refine musicality and artistry, and introduce more complex movements — all while keeping the pace supportive and welcoming. Expect clear corrections, consistent encouragement, and a class environment that meets you right where you are.

Intermediate Adult Ballet Class
Take your technique to the next level in this dynamic class for dancers with a solid foundation. You'll work on more advanced combinations, build strength and control, and deepen your understanding of precision, musicality, and artistry.

All Levels Ballet Class
Whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned dancer, this class is designed to meet you where you are in your ballet journey. Focusing on core ballet techniques, we’ll guide you through exercises that strengthen your body, improve flexibility, and enhance your artistry. Every class is tailored to offer challenges and modifications so you can grow at your own pace. Rediscover the joy of ballet and feel confident, graceful, and strong—no matter your experience level!

PBT®: Strength Meets Artistry
This all-levels class uses the Progressing Ballet Technique® method to help adult dancers build the strength, alignment, and control that ballet requires — all in a supportive, low-impact format.
Through guided exercises using props, you’ll improve core stability, posture, coordination, and muscle memory. Whether you're brand new to ballet or refining your technique after years of training, this class helps you develop strength with grace.
Please note: You’ll need a few tools to participate fully — an exercise ball, fusion ball, resistance band, and yoga mat. Modifications are always offered, and you’re encouraged to move at your own pace.
